Do your products comply with the Curly Girl Method?
Yes, our products are free from sulphates, silicones, waxes, drying oils and mineral oils.
Are your products Vegan and Cruelty Free?
Sure, we love animals and they don't belong in hair products, and we don't like animal abuse.
I see perfume high up on the ingredients list, is there a lot of it in there?
No, the percentage of perfume may legally only be max. 2%. Our formulas contain less, but are high because we have less of the other ingredients in percentage in our products, that is the advantage of airless packaging.<\/p>
The perfume in it is 99% non-sensitive , which means that most people will not experience irritation from this perfume.<\/p>
The protein drops do not contain perfume
Your Protein Drops stink
That could be right, it is very highly concentrated with proteins and you can smell them too. To get rid of the worst smell we advise to leave the bottle open for a day. The smell disappears when you mix it with your product
Are your Protein Drops suitable for my hair?
The hydrolyzed proteins are proteins that have been reduced in size so that they are easily absorbed into your hair. Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein is suitable for all hair porosities. It is a myth that our proteins are only suitable for high porosity hair, scientific research tells other things than the advice we see on social media. And of course we have also tested this extensively on all hair types, thick, medium and fine hair, high, medium and porous hair.

Are your products suitable for children?
Our products are safe for use on children. Please note, for external use only.
Are your products also suitable for permed hair?
Yes, permed hair is also often damaged and dry. You don't want to use products that dry out your hair even more.
I'm not getting the results I was hoping for, what can I do?
Sometimes it can take time, your hair has to get used to other products. Give it time and experiment with different amounts of products, combinations and ways of applying. Of course we are always ready to advise you.

What is the advantage of an Airless Bottle?
The airless bottle is, besides being a lot more expensive than bottles and tubes:
- super economical in use
- easy to dose
- no waste, because gone = gone
- no other ingredients are added that could contaminate the product, so it is super hygienic
- recyclable
How long can I use the products?
Our products are highly concentrated so you can use them for a long time. Protein Drops at least half a year with normal use.
Of course, everything depends on how often and how much you use it, but with normal use, the Shampoo, Styling Cream and Styling Gel will last at least 4 months. The Treatment at least 2 months.
How do I know when the airless bottle is almost empty?
If the airless pump slowly rises after use, you can count on it being almost empty.
To make it even easier for you, we have listed the weight of the empty bottles, with cap, below. Use a kitchen scale to check if it is almost empty.
- 200 ml bottles > 65 grams
- 150 ml bottle > 60 grams
- 50 ml bottle > 31 grams
Do you also send samples?
We have the 50 ml packaging for that. But if a product is sold out, we will send samples with your order, if in stock.

Can I change my order?
As long as you have not received a track and trace code, you can still request to adjust your order.
When will you ship my order?
In principle every working day. If you order before 15:00, it will be shipped the same day. In case of exceptions, this will be reported on the website.
Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €3.95 for orders up to €75.00 within the Netherlands. Shipping is free above €75.00.
