Yes, all of our products are free of sulfates, silicones, mineral oil and drying alcohols.

Yes indeed, we love animals very much and therefore we do not use any ingredients derived from or tested on animals. 

Our Amazing Curls line contains perfume. The perfume in it is 99% non-sensitive, which means that most do not get irritation from this perfume.

The protein drops contain no perfume.

The PVP we use in our products is not the same as the one in plastic bottles - although the short name is the same! PVP in hair care is a styling agent, it's great for giving your curls hold and definition. It is not toxic at all, it is completely safe to use in beauty products and it is water soluble, so it does not affect the environment.

No our Amazing Curls products have a fresh green apple scent. It is not overpowering. 

Our protein drops have the smell of the ingredients/proteins. This disappears once you mix them with our Amazing Curls or other products.

Yes on permed hair all our products work fine. On straight hair we do not recommend our products because our Amazing Curls products are really designed for curly hair that needs more moisture. Straight hair can then tend to get oily faster.

An adjustment in your usage can already help. Send us an email with some info on how you use the products and what your results are. We are of course going to help you so that you can still be happy with our products.

Yes in most cases yes, regardless of what is said that small proteins are suitable for low porous hair, and large proteins for high porous hair. The drops were developed with the goal of making them work on all hair types. The biggest example is 1 of our testers Stephanie Keriting. She has low porous hair, and she is full of positive comments about the drops. After all, it's not all black and white, but look at the total picture, i.e., how the formula is constructed.

No, we do not have samples/sachets available yet. We do have 50ml test/travelsizes of our Amazing Curls line available, the perfect way to try our products.

Yes certainly these are suitable for children, keep in mind that you need to use even less of them.

We have had these experiences with the packages below:

• bottle (not easy to dispense and difficult to get everything out)
• tube (struggling to get everything out without cutting into the tube)
• Bottle with pump (awkward when you are in the shower, pump often collapses and even the last residue is difficult to get out)
• jars (often contain water or other product, not hygienic)

The airless bottle is

• super economical in use
• easy to dose
• no waste, because empty = empty
• no other ingredients are added that could contaminate the product
  recyclable

Personally, I used the styling cream every wash (once a week, with 5-6 pumps) and with a suptile refresh (2x half a pump) and this for 4 months, then it was empty.  Pretty long right?

If the airless pump goes up slowly after use then you can count on it being almost empty.

To make it even easier for you, we have put the weight of the empty bottles, with cap, below. Use a kitchen scale to check if it is already almost empty.

• 200 ml bottle > 65 grams
• 150 ml bottle > 60 grams
• 50 ml bottle > 31 grams

According to European law, you have 14 days right of withdrawal. The period starts from the moment the (entire) order is received by the you.

The product must be returned in its original packaging without signs of use and/or unopened. In case the product has been opened/used, the product will not be taken back.
